Delivered in partnership with Saatchi MENA, who originated the “Play It Like Pep” ad campaign for Visa.
I was brought in to translate the campaign idea into a fully immersive, live leadership experience featuring Pep Guardiola.

Working alongside Saatchi, we evolved the campaign narrative into a physical environment:

Bespoke locker room build
Recreated players’ tunnel arrival (With motion lighting and crowd rumbles/cheering depending where you are in the tunnel.)
Match-day staging language throughout
Swag, including personalised jerseys.
Leadership conversation anchored in performance psychology
