Wellbeing - Retaining clients is hard. So you need to be creative to grow relationships.

WHY:
Spring is just the time to start thinking about growing, and since data showed office plants officially boost well-being, we decided to help Google get green-fingered with a horticultural DM.

HOW:
The box-full-of-Potential housed all the ingredients to create a rustic desktop garden, including grass, a watering can, a pot, soil and basil seeds. As the seeds were planted so was the desire to win. Growing competitions sprung up among teams before the end of the day, making the DM the talking point of the week.
It also kept us front-of-mind on clients desks, and showed that as an agency, we had potential to do more.
I mean, who doesn't love a hipster gnome for your laptop.

Patrick Collister liked it so much he put it into his creative bible that is ‘The Directory’.
